Posting larger pics than 144x144 pixels. HOW??

I have been trying over and over to post the larger prints that I see in "Pictures of your 4Runner," and cannot seem to find a way to do so without shrinking the heck out of the pic. I see plenty of larger pics and I have tried, only to get turned down by the site, pics having to be 144x144!
I am running windows 10 on Chrome, and am using a lap top. What the heck do I need to do to make it work??
I have posed the question over and over on the site in the area, only to get nothing worthwhile in reply.........
Any help is appreciated.

Upload it to somewhere else besides t4r.org then post it up.

Like photobucket or similar.

Use imgur, I think photobucket has a tendency to delete your pictures after a while.

SO, I cannot just post from photos eh?

No because this isn't a pic hosting site so they probably don't want to host huge files.

I guess either is decent I don't really bother with any now if my pics are too small they are too small. But if its free you get what you pay for.
