Potential 98 Purchase: Damage Advice

Hi to everyone and a thanks to all that have posted. I've been looking for a used 3rd Gen for about 5 months and saw a pretty good one today but it had excessive wear on the inner section of the front driver side tire. I took some photos of the left and right sides (both wheels were straight) of what I thought could be the issue: bent tie rod end.

Is the left side tie rod end damaged and in need of replacing?

Does it have 2 different wheels on? One looks steel one aluminum.

That is not bent as far as I can see. Did you try to spin the outer-tie-rod? It should move.

Very good eye: yes, spare tire on right side but the owner said it's only been on for a few miles as they got a flat. Maybe it was on for longer...

I didn't twist the tie rod. Maybe if I take a second look I'll do so. Visually the left side looks to rest at a different angle slanting towards the front more so than the right side.
