Potential buyer needs advice: V8, V6, 4WD

hey fellas, the dude is hatin' so hard and so insecure he not only is keeping track of the model year of my 911, but he's asking me to put up some copies of the damn titles to my stuff.

hey bud, i think we all clearly know an automobile is a depreciating asset. that's why you don't take on a stupid loan and pay interest on it.

and to sadden your broke self a bit more, i also dropped about $15K CASH on the the 911 within a month to add some wheels and aerobits to it. it was the sweetest fistful of change i spent on the car.

did the same with the 4runner but of course commensurate to the value of the car... to which your 4runner isn't worth sh!t either market value.

again, titles in hand baby boy.

I have the rare ability of being able to say I have had both a V6 and V8 4Runner and I am going to disagree with Ben Choi (here comes another rude rebuttal from him, I am sure), the V8 is not head and shoulders above the V6 in any way. The V6 is extremely smooth and the transmission is flawless. There is no huge difference when driving the two.

Also, I had a 2005 V8 Tundra and the engine and transmission in that was extremely smooth. This is not saying the fit and finish is as great, or the ride is as pleasant (it's a truck afterall) but in the area of transmission and engine its great. This shouldn't be surprising, it is the same engine anyway, and although now I see you are making the claim you were talking of fit and finish, that was not your initial concern.

For as much as it is worth, my 4runner has had WAY more problems than my Tundra ever had. So much for the fact it is Japanese being the end-all say-all.

Actually, Ben does have a Porsche C4S - nicely tricked out as well. I can't condone his internet PC - he states his opinion with the robustness of a Shanghi sailor but there is trufullness there.
