Power Antenna Broken

Greeting everyone, I am New to the 4Runner Forum.

Just wanted to know how common the Antenna breaking is amongst 3rd Gen 4Runners? and perhaps, where I'd find the part for replacement and how difficult it will be to fix.

My T4R is a 1999 with 286000kms on the Odo.

Very common! See this thread, and all will be revealed. The good news is they break only after about ten years, so hopefully they stay fixed for a while.

Now there will be several posts telling you about the Taco whip mod.
