Help-
never used forum for help before but with my three boys grown and gone I'm on my own and stuck.
I have new antenna mast for the power antenna on my 2000 4Runner, but the special nut, grommet, and gasket are long gone. Found out the hard way that without them and using a jury-rigged system the antenna shoots out and up into the air when the stereo is turned on (fortunately I was parked). wrecking yard search has been unsuccessful. Only other option I found is buying entire assembly - motor and all. Any suggestions on where I can buy the special nut, grommet and gasket? I found a place that says they sell the nut - but just the nut, and the grommet appears to be key to keeping the antenna from becomming airborne....thanks!
