Power Door lock problems

Hey folks! I'm new around here but have had my 05 SE for a year now. About a month ago my left rear door lock quit working. My stereo guy said it might be a lazy actuator and took it apart and cleaned it. It has not acted up since but now my drivers door is doing the same thing. I can't really find any good info doing searches other than it might be a bad fuse block. Anybody had this issue? Any help would be great. Thanks

I've had 3 fail in the last couple years. Extended warranty covered them but I had to pay for the rent car

Around $300 each (labor+parts) to replace

Must be a common problem, parts have always been in stock

Geeez, now I've got two of them acting up...
worse on cold days, one won't unlock, the other won't lock
