Power Locks Being Difficult

2000 Limited. Unlocks with remote first time every time. I have to push the button at least 20 times every time for it to lock. Same problem using the door lock switch.

Any thoughts?

Haven't tried a battery yet, but I figured that since it unlocks and rolls down the window every time that's not it?

Search "Drivers side Junction Box". Mine does the same when hot outside. Part is several hundred $bones and the size of a deck of cards. Link below related as well.

Could be your problem...

I have learned to live with it, and eventually plan on pulling the part apart and replacing the relays in it.
