Power Steering Fluid Level Question…

I noticed that my PS reservoir is ALWAYS full. Hot or Cold. I rarely check the fluid level, but it looks that even when it’s cold the level is above the Hot mark.
Is it OK? Or should I suck some fluid out of it?

Kinda normal, mine reads about the same either way. Now my tranny is Very different on hot/cold readings, inches off.

If you have no odd noises (grinding, wherrring) then I'd leave it alone, if it bugs ya find a turkey baster and suck some out. And remember these use dextron 3 not power steering fluid. Luck! :banana:

Power Steering Fluid Level Question…

I agree with not using power steering fluid. Mine had it in it and it sucked. Switched to Dextron III ATF the other day and it's like driving a new car.

Mine is FULL. No noises yet.
