Power Steering Flush & Evaporator Clean

Did a power steering flush this weekend as the fluid looked like dirty motor oil. Ended up using about 4 quarts of Royal Purple ATF for the method as described here - http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/66337-diy-power-steering-flush.html
Had my wife behind the wheel turning it clock to clock. Took no time to completely flush it out.

Note to others: I had to literally dump the fluid in since it was being flushed almost faster than I could fill. Once it started pouring out red I flushed through one more quart while still turning the wheel clock to clock. Also during this time I had to turn the engine off about 4 times to grab another quart of ATF. I then put it back together and ran it while turning the wheel clock to clock until all the air bubbles were out.
First drive and the wheel is definitely easier to turn and engine noise is quieter overall.
In case anyone is reading this post in addition to my post on changing out my diffs and transfer case fluids I did the power steering flush after a drive with diffs and trans case fluid changed and noticed a decrease in cabin noise both times. - http://www.toyota-4runner.org/maint...r-case-fluids-pics-included-7.html#post833294

I will go one step more and remove the reservoir completely. I spray the inside of it with a lot of brake cleaner. You wont believe the brown sediment that comes out of it. Been doing this on Toyota's ever since they went to a plastic reservoir tank.
