Your steering rack guide bolt maybe be over tightened. Try loosening it an 8th of a turn at a time. That should allow the steering to return to center on it's own.

Your steering rack guide bolt maybe be over tightened. Try loosening it an 8th of a turn at a time. That should allow the steering to return to center on it's own.
Tried loosening the guide bolt and helped but something still feels a bit stiff. Almost like I have to force the wheel to get it to start turning but then it's all smooth as I turn, but if I stop turning the wheel has to be forced a bit again. Ended up turning the guide bolt about 5/8 turns. Gonna try bleeding it again and hope it fixes
Also in side note, after the lift yesterday was my first real highway travel with it and it seems that when there was a dip in the road and my front tires extended down into it, I felt a slight shutter. Seemed like drivers side. But only happened at high speed and with dips in the road.

Check the return line hose on the reservoir.
I have little stiff, noisy power steering wheel on T4R 3rd gen. I clean the reservoir filter with brake fluid without open the top of the reservoir. My mechanic has confirm the PS pump is still good. No fluid has been lost either
Later find-out that the return line was block with gunk oil not flow freely I got the copper wire and thread it thru. Make sure you goes thru pass the metal tab at the end of the return line.
The return line is unblock and PS fluid has flow freely as it should. Like others has posted the PS pump is meant to last and it won't break easy. If your engine is on and you still be able to turn the wheel with not much effort, then the pump is still performed.
