Pre-Facelift to Post-Facelift Front Bumper

So, had a mishap with the Surf a few weeks ago. I want to get the thing fixed up and back on the road ASAP so looking to just stick with an OEM style bumper. I've already taken most of the front apart (lights, grille, Surf bush bumper). The pic shows the damage to the bumper.

What needs to be replaced to switch from the 1996 front bumper and valence to a 2001 bumper and valence? Are there any extra brackets or supports required? The newesr style appears to be a little more common and I'm considering switching due to cost. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought aftermarket parts for my 97 when I had my accident. I got the bumper and lower valence for $148 shipped to me. They fit pretty good. If it were me I would stick with the old style, it looks SO MUCH better than the fat lip bumpers. IMO

Dang! $148 shipped? Where did you buy the parts if you don't mind me asking? The only reason I've been considering the new style parts is because they seem to be just a little bit easier to find. Although, all the stuff I've found is approaching $400 for either set-up.
