Pre-Runner Bar (as seen on Billy the Exterminator)

I watched Billy the Exterminator last night and saw that N-Fab worked over his Tundra, and in particular, made a pretty sweet pre-runner / light bar for it. You can see it here: Billy the Exterminator Tundra Transformation!

It doesn't appear that N-Fab makes one for the 4Runner, but does anyone know if something similar to this exists?

Thats pretty slick... but with it sticking out that fat I'd be curious about how it's mounted. and how much load it will bear... I can see the kids climbing on it to wipe snow off the hood.

Any ideas on what that rear bar is for? looks like its too small for a tire, and possibly blocking the tow hitch....

Not sure. It would be a great place to mount some lights and give grandpa-with-his-brights-on some comeuppance.
