I'm looking to buy a Pre Runner Bar for my 96 4Runner since I cant afford to buy an Addicted Off Road bumper yet, but I cant find one that made for my truck, can anyone give me some info on where I can find one that would fit my truck...

I don't think there is one. I think its a modified tacoma one.

I have pics in my build thread below. I used to have a pre-runner bar and liked it.

You should do a forum search for pre-runner or preRunner and then call around to the 4 closest FAB shops. Take the picture to them and ask for a quote.

I don't think you should pay more than $200 powdercoated.

The only one I am aware of is Defiant light bar. Here is a link to their short tube version and i am sure you can search from there. They offer a 2 tab, 3 tab and 4 tab version. In fact the picture they have displayed is the 4 tab version and looks like one of our forum members rigs, or at least looks like a picture I have seen on here before.

How much do you have to spend on a bar? Seems like if I had $200 or more and the bumper I really wanted was $500, I'd put it towards that one and just start saving!

I was looking at your rig when you used to have the pre-runner bar and I really liked it, so I was trying to find one.... but I just pay for college and I wont be able to do physical improvements for a while... But most likely instead of finding/making/mod a pre-runner i'll just save a little more and get the addicted bumper I want
