Prefab carports

Anybody have a carport built recently? I'm thinking about building one or having one built. One site has a custom 22 long by 21 wide port, seven foot high at the sides, no walls, for 1700. That includes delivery, installation, storm anchors, and they pull the permit. That seems unrealistically cheap, but I don't know, should I be budgeting more?

That's about what I paid for mine several years ago. The cheap ones around here still go for $600 installed. $1700 should get you a pretty good quality one.

In January i ordered a 41ft long x 20ft wide with 9ft high legs carport from Catapult Steel Buildings. Wont be here until late March. I read allot of good reviews about them online. I will post pics when it's up.

End of this month. I had to push back the install date twice because of a issue with my asphalt contractor and the weather. I'll post pics after the install.
