Eastcoastrunner - This will not work on your 2003 runner. I can help you put together a kit that will work on your 2003 though.

Cosby11 - You would need to get the 194 high power led bulbs for the reverse lights on your vehicle.

If that is the case then this sucks.. I just got this kit in the mail, nothing on the site says it was not compatible..It says for a 4th gen 4runner....

wyattroa - when you go to #1 Reseller of HID Conversion Kits and HID Kits since 2001! and select your vehicle in the "shop by vehicle" tool it will categorize the available LED bulbs for your application. When doing this that product does not come up for the 2003 4Runner.

Just order two of 3022 and one of 194 (This one come with two bulbs per package). 194 will also work for your door courtesy lights. I upgraded my lights and just bought it a la carte. It was cheaper than the kit on this thread.

I had two 194 left over that I threw in the front maps lights..So all I would need is just two 3022 bulbs and that would cover the middle row and the back cargo area?

Yea, KBCarStuff moves slow!! My two orders took about the same time. The light's order form never said shipped until about a week after I received them. They ship directly from Putco so that's one excuse, but the mats I ordered took about a week to process and then 3 day shipping. 3 day shipping is great if it gets processed within a day...
