What is your reaction to this, sr5 msrp 35.7k discounted to 32k even, plus the dealer fee, taxes and title, tag. Seems like a good dsicount but not sure.

Good deal, not as much discount as I got but not bad. Get several dealers involved through their internet sales guy. Haggle for the 32k to be the price after everything but taxes.

Discount

I guess ur right based on the lack of responses. I thought it was pretty simple, the discount to msrp, how great is it. I know it is good just not sure if there is more. My appraoch was to avoid otd questions and trade complicTions because they vary, this is straight up

Just for comparison...

I just purchased my 14 Trail Edition with Toyoguard for $33k +TTT. Asking price when we started was just shy of $38k

That's 10% off msrp. If it's a new '14 I'd call that a very good price. If it's a new '13, it's still good but I'd try for more. Noone really knows what your dealer's circumstances are. If you like the price, go for it.

Caveat: "Dealer Fee"? WTF is that? Sounds like a way to give you a decent up front price ($32K), and then take some of it back. Some dealers charge a "Doc Prep" fee - but just remember; everything's negotiable ... I'd not pay it.

Do you want the Extended Warranty or any other add-ons? Now is the only time you'll have any negotiating power.

No, it's just that lots and lots of these questions have been posted in the last few months. Use the Search technique posted in the stickies.

You are correct, IMO. I'm not going into it to avoid the multitude of "invoice" opinions that will follow.

"I know it is good just not sure if there is more."

You will never know until you walk, near the end of the month, and don't get any follow up within the next week. Of course you risk losing the deal to another who will pull the trigger.

Wise, Grasshopper.

You don't mention a trade? Your price is only good if you're not getting hosed on that.
