Pricing Question

I was given a quote of $38,083 plus tax, title and registration fees on a 07 4Runner limited with Navi, Driver and Front passenger side airbag, carpeted floor, rear spoiler, DRL's, monnroof and tow hitch.

Is this a good deal or can I do better?
