Prinsu/CBI rack arrived

I went ahead and ordered a rack for my 2003 SR5 and it arrived in 5 weeks. Unfortunately 4 bars were damaged in transit. No problem, I called CBI and Nathan quickly got 4 new bars with hardware to me within a week! So if you've been on the fence about getting one, have no fear the customer service/support is there.
By the way I love the rack.
