He gets his extrusion from T-slots. Go to their website and see if you have a local distributor. You are looking for 650100 series extrusion. 1"x 1", solid sides, .20" center hole. If you can get a 1/4-20 tap, you can have it cut to 47", tap the hole and move on. I'm getting a clear anodized section because I'm milling a drop in hole for 1/4 carriage bolts to drop into the slots. I'm getting them stripped and re-anodized after the milling. I won't have to take the rack apart to reconfigure the eye bolts, just unscrew, move to the hole, pop it out and back in the next slot that works. It will make everything much less painful over time.

Struggled to find a distributor that carries it on the east coast. But found it on Amazon when searching extruded aluminum. There are also some other different sizes/shapes that I may pick up down the road.

Just make sure it is a smooth extrusion. Most 80/20 has ridges in it. I saw some on Amazon that were smooth, but I wasn't sure it would match. This is only important if you want to match what came from Prinsu. Maybe you are not matching it up?

Finally got through to Zach yesterday afternoon. He said that he's got 1x1 bars coming in this week, but he's out on travel till Friday. Should be shipping sometime next week

I wasn't even part of the group buy and I'm at 9 weeks for my bare aluminum, clear rail, 4th gen rack. He even told a 5th gen buddy that he was at a 4 week lead time, 1 week ago, and wouldn't have a problem getting a rack out for him. Dude has terrible communication skills and hasn't replied to my last emails. I know the rack is awesome, but it's almost not worth frustration.
 
I just got a tracking number for my 4th Gen rack on Tuesday. It has not arrived the UPS facility yet so i do not have delivery date.

I am 8 weeks into my order. I have not had any issues corresponding with Zac during the process. I am ready for my rack though.

What was your order date? Powdercoated or bare aluminum?

Thanks. That's horse shit. I ordered March 1st, bare aluminum. I'll send him another email, but he didn't bother responding to my last one or my issues on TW.

He's been on travel all week. Should get delivered to UPS to by Monday
