99% sure he just created the label to shut me up for a minute because he popped into the 4runner bs thread while I was ripping into him and his business model. Got the shipping notification about an hour later.

Yeah I am sure he did the same to me when I got my tracking number. I am going to email him again in a few minutes. He need to provide a date, this is getting ridiculous.

Not that I'm aware of. 5th gen buddy ordered one, but that was like a week ago so he's not quite in this boat yet.
In case you didn't know, he agreed to do a FJ group buy for 15% off. There's a thread on TW that someone started.

Yeah I saw that and posted on it. Basically said don't believe the lead times he has posted on his site.
I will be bringing that up to him as well in the email. I paid full price like you. Well I guess I got 5% off for military Discount. But **** we have been waiting a long time. I am at 10 weeks plus a few days. Here is my email traffic I sent prior to order.

Are you still a month out on rack orders for 4th Gen 4runners? I am placing my order now and wanted to just verify an approximate time line.
Seeing one of your racks in person last weekend on a Tacoma was the deciding factor.

"Yeah roughly 4 weeks. Could be a bit quicker. I am working with two different laser cutters now to get lead times down a bit."

Wow, isn't that a load of shit. I got the 5% TW discount. I also ordered bare bones no cutout, aluminum and clear rails, so he can't even blame powder coating for my delay.

It's been interesting. When I was looking for updates on my initial rack order, texting was the most effective communication method. For the bar order, email seems to be the best. On the 2nd he said that he was on travel, and would have it out in a week. Today he said that it would go out tomorrow. Fingers crossed haha

Took damned near 11 1/2 weeks but it finally showed up today. At 3 1/2 weeks Zach told me he had a load at the laser cutters and it should ship the following week. At 8 weeks there was no answer. At 9 weeks I found out that he was printing labels on orders that were ordered after mine, but was supposedly a "false" print. Follow up email said parts were at the laser cutter and he just needed to get them. Label was printed at 10 weeks, but didn't update for an entire week. Rack finally shipped, and was sent over night, and received today.
The rack itself is exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately I will never in good conscience recommend a Prinsu rack based on the terrible customer service and lack of communication. I plan on covering all logos with stickers and telling anyone who asks that it's a custom rack and leaving it at that.

Well I have info from UPS on mine now. It should be here on Tuesday right at 11 week from order date. Hopefully I get what I ordered and do not have any issues with what shipped.

I'm only at 7 weeks, and 0 for 2 on replies. Should I order my 1" bar now for my 2016? I was really thinking of waiting to see if I can work something else out, buy it somewhere else, or hoping he corrected his build for 16's. Also, is this a case of the more you annoy him the sooner you get what you paid for?

Definitely order the 1" bar. I helped install 2 of these already and the 2" bar fit the 2010, but not the 2016. I gave Zach the info with picture proof that Toyota had moved the shark fin, no reply. I asked that he update his kit for the 2016 and possibly the 2015 after he found one to measure.
Silver is 2010, red is 2014 and white is a 2016. You can see the change for yourself. The only thing I don't know is if the change was on the 15 or 16. I hope that helps.

Yep, the rack as delivered did not fit my 2016 TEP. Yes, it has the additional rear hole, and yes, I tried fitting it there. As others with the latest models have indicated, you need a 1X1 bar in the rear-most position. Right now, my 1X2 bar is hanging vertically until I get a 1X1 bar.
