Good idea, although is it too much to ask to receive a product that doesn't need any diy engineering ?
I missed the GB but placed my order a week ago.

I couldn't agree more. I'm going to replace most of the hardware with stainless because steel bolts in Ohio will only look good for one summer. These are vehicle specific racks, so they should fit and there shouldn't be any additions to make it work! I hope your wait is minimal.

I had 5 long ones and 7 short ones. I used 4 long for the front and 4 short with washers in the back. I agree though, not sure who's packing the spacers up but it seems like they're getting all mixed up. I'd email Zach and see if you could get more of the long ones.

Is this problem with spacers for the full size rack only or is it also with the 3/4 rack. I was considering this rack due to the weight and functionality. I also think it looks good.

The spacer issue is easily remedied with a trip to your local hardware store. It shouldn't stop you from getting one of these awesome racks

that would mean I have to take the rack back off, clean and reseal all the spacers and redo it. Actually adding washers wasn't bad at all and also you can barely tell. I'll post up photos later.
 
Monday bump / check in -

Who else is still waiting for a tracking number (besides me)? Just trying to get a feel for where we are at.
 
I also had a problem with the spacers 7 long and 3 shirt. Solved with a quick trip to the local hardware store, but this seems like a sizable mistake on the hands of a otherwise reputable cottage dealer. Definitely some tarnish on my feelings and overall satisfaction. Still love the rack, that's why I went with it. Wish he would build some hi lift/ max trax mounts
 
On another hand .... What is everybody doing with the rear most rail? I read somewhere about it being a problem couldn't find the thread again. Any other possible solutions other than moving it in front of the fin?

I used a single wide rail (instead of the normal double wide ones) and attached it to the rear most bolt on point. Gives it a finished look, without anything out the back definitely looks a little strange. Another option I considered was mounting a double wide rail vertically pointing down in the last spot, instead of the normal horizontal config.

I actually used the very last hole at the very back and cleared the fin and the gobi ladder

Looks like you have a good 1/2" from the rear bar to the shark fin. For whatever reason I can't fit the rear bar behind the antenna as it bumps. I mean I understand each vehicle and rack will have different tolerances but it would seem it still should have fit. I moved the bar in front of the antenna and will likely be getting the 1x1 bar he has for the Tacoma to fit in the rear
 
The only issue I had was the spacers. Other than that I like the rack. To be honest there's no wind noise at all, before I had the Yakima rail grabbers and those were loud... but this rack you can't hear anything. IMG_8347.JPGIMG_8343.JPGIMG_8338.JPG

Pretty sure the 2016 antennas are bigger, causing the interference you are having.

I also have a 2016 but haven't installed my rack yet. Thinking I may just notch that rear bar if the interference isn't too much. I was half heartedly looking for a lower profile replacement the sharkfin, too
