Prinsu roof rack parts

I’m finally getting around to installing my Prinsu roof rack and received one crossbar which is half the thickness. Anyone know where best this is installed? Or did I get one wrong part?

Prinsu didn’t plan out their rack well enough to have a normal 2x1 bar clear the antenna so the 1x1 goes by the shark fin.
