Problem after removing and replacing rear wheel

I recently removed my drivers rear wheel to fix a small, yet annoying, leak in the tire. After putting the wheel back on I noticed a "catch and clunk" from that wheel while driving in reverse.
This happened before, both rear wheels ( sometimes while driving forward and sometimes in reverse), after replacing rotors and calipers and I kept taking the wheels off and re-installing. Finally the problem was gone.
Any ideas what would cause this by simply removing and then re-installing the wheel, or what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like your parking brake shoe(s) is hitting the rotor to me. I had this happen after a recent brake swap. At first I double checked the calipers and pads, nothing was awry. I did complete a bed-in procedure (a progressive series of braking), but set and released my parking brake a handful of times also. No issues after that for me.

The brake job was quite a while ago and I did the bed-in as well.
It seems weird, to me, that this happens whenever I remove and replace a rear wheel. I have never experienced this happening on any other vehicle I have owned.
I am going to take the Drivers Rear off and re-install again (4th time) since fixing the leak and see if it will correct itself.
Any suggestions on how I can avoid this happening?
I can't remember the last time I have used a parking brake in a vehicle.lol

Short of setting and releasing the parking brake a bunch of times (which I wouldn't suggest if you never use it, as the linkage may be rusty and stick/not release) I am not sure. I don't think pulling the wheel and reinstalling would have any effect? But your results may vary.

I forgot to mention that when the vehicle is cold, as in first thing in the morning, the "catch" is more prominent, meaning I can REALLY feel it and the clunk is VERY loud. By the time I get to work, 30 mile drive, i can pull into the parking lot and drive around in reverse and barely feel/hear it, if at all.
