problem changing brakes

my brakes started to squeak today, so I decided to change them. Im almost finished but it seems that my pins arent lining up to the wholes in the new brake pads. The metal clip on the pad is touching the hub in the center of the rotor. I dont know what to do to get them to fit, so any help is appreciated

I got my pads from a dealership. my car is a 1991 with 4wd if that matters.
