Problems after new CV axles

Just put new Napa axles in upfront, everything went pretty smooth. Now it pulls to the left and has a rough vibration when changing lanes at 70 mph where on the old axles it rode smoother than my new car. I made sure not to stretch the axle when installing, only think was a rubber mallets to get to pop the snap ring into the diff. Any suggestions?

What did you torque the shafts to? Might not hurt to get an alignment too. I just put in Napa CV's over the weekend, and have no issues. I also had an alignment done after the fact. Did you replace anything else while you were doing the CV's?

You could have a lower ball joint that ended up being "bound" after you re-tightened it. I have seen it happen before and the result was a slight pull to one side and severe bump steer to the same side. Some vehicles actually have a torque sequence for upper and lower ball joints, don't know if the third gens do though, never had any trouble with one.
