Problems.......need solutions

I have a 1990 with 3.0 v6 183xxx miles.....it has a major idle problem and whenever i hit the gas it does nothing....i have everything hooked up...the idle surges up and down.
could you tell me all possible solutions.

If I recall correctly surging idle, check vaccuum and then check your TPS.

all vacuum lines are fine. tps sensor is fine, air mass flow sensor is fine, idk what else to check...i cant even drive it at the moment

My guess would be fuel related. Step on the gas...too much air. I'd check injectors, fuel filter and fuel pump.

Not pulling any codes, had the fuel pump/filter replaced like 3yrs ago? so possibly the injectors? but i dont want to spend a bunch of money if thats not the problem
