Basically, that line runs from one frame rail to the other. Basically, its designed as a single tube "cooler". The fix would be to install a small legit cooler instead a little higher. Or just relocate it.
Still just a little dangerous with the current design.

looks like it might not clear the loops on the 06-09. are you able to confirm?
We will notch the skid for those. FWIW, that mount is the same as the FJ Cruiser. Which we already have R&D'd.
Or, you can cut them off as they are just going to grab rock anyway. And, the bumper has tow points to begin with.

just thought i would point it out. you have a really nice bumper there and wish i could afford to mod my truck like others are doing. i guess thats what i get for buying an 09 at the age of 22. well i got to start somewhere i guess

Yeah of course no worries i wasn't rushing. I was just curious because i wanted to see it fitted up to a 06-09 to confirm before i went a head to place my order.

At this point, I am going to say no. In order for us to keep turn times down and keep the pricing low, doing custom stuff on each bumper isn't really an option. Especially because everyone will want something different. Not everyone wants a square Rigid light, not everyone wants a round light either. Plain and simple is that we cut these in bulk and deliver them to our press bender. So, every time we have to cut one that is different it adds a lot of time as they need to be done individually. So, the price would effect that. And, IMO, it isn't cost effect on your end, or our end to do that.

OK Guys We are going to start a group for these new bumpers, starting as of tomorrow and will run it for a period of 1 month.I will post a new thread in the General Discussion section. The GB will go something like this -
We need to get 10 people to commit for $100 off or 15 people to commit for $125 off, If you commit you will be required to make a 10% deposit at the time of committing then at the closing of the GB you will be required to pay the remaining balance.Shipping will still be the same flat rate. I am still in the process of communicating with ATOR to sort of payment and lead time...
Hope this works for everyone ,,, As of right now this GB will just be for the initial first run of bumpers so no custom orders as we would like to keep the lead time as short as possible!

Very Bummed to know that In Bumper lights will "Not" be an option. Such a Nice piece of Work too. Lights in these style of Bumpers look Bad Ass. Bummed.

If everyone wanted the exact same thing, then it would be different. Its just too hard to please everyone. Besides, we offer the light tabs up top for a reason. a 20" light bar will easily fit in the stinger. So, for $110 for the light bar off ebay, you will have more light than ever needed.
OR
Because we ship the bumper bare metal, you can cut your own holes with a hole saw and mount some yourself.
