Projects from the last few weeks...

Got a promotion a couple weeks ago, Ive been using some of the additional income to accomplish some projects Ive been putting off.

Inner and Outer Tie Rod Ends:
Biggest Issue was finding the right inner tie rod puller, which I never did. Both that I got from the parts store wouldn't fit around the Inner Tie Rod end with the "locker washer" on the backside. I eventually got tired and bent the locking washer the opposite direction. Not sure how big of a deal that is but I'm over 1k and haven't seen any issues.

Sway Bar End Links and Bushings- Front-
No Issues

5th Gen Caliper Upgrade Rear
Calipers went on with no issues. The new 5th gen rotors are a different story. For some reason the 5th gen rotors would lock up. Never made it out of the driveway. I ended up using 4th gen rotors and the problem immediately went away. Maybe they sent wrong calipers? Either way the dreaded rear caliper seize is gone for now.

5th Gen Wheels
I ended finding a killer deal for x4 5th gen wheels, including 3 tires and tpms sensors, for $100. No joke!! I think the T4R looks awesome with them on there. It also seems like the wheels stick out a little more. Could just be excited about new wheels, but it seems like they were farther inside the wheel well with the 4th gen sport wheels.

Pics below. Couldn't have done it without the help of this forum.
Cheers

I used 5th gen calibers and rotors all the way around, no issues. The dust shields in the front have to be bent inwards some so the thicker 5th gen rotors will spin freely, forgot all about that until I backed out of the shop and the sound it made was horrible. kwhoadley that could be your issue also.
