Last night I drove back to San Antonio from Conroe in the winter storm. It was interesting but my runner took care of me and some other people that spun out of control and went into a ditch at 9pm. I didn't get any pics of that because it was a bit scary seeing other cars lose traction at the end of the bridge where I was pulled over!

My cb radio worked great on the emergency station and weather stations.

This winter storm was hell for the people not used to it.

What do you do in Conroe if you dont mind me asking? I used to live in Huntsville.

I work at the army aviation support facility (ASF). I fix all the apache helicopters that fly in that area.

How are you liking the CBI ditch brackets? And what lights are you running on them?

The brackets are awesome! I am running some eBay fog LEDs. They are bright and tomorrow I am going to rewire them a little cleaner.

That was a helluva storm. I got off work at 7pm thursday night and decided to take the 130 toll road home from Round RocK(I live in Pflugerville) and saw too many cars in the ditch. I-35 was a parking lot and I wanted to avoid that mess. Welcome to the forum, that's a sweet 4Runner. Mine is stock, only have spidertraxx spacers. I like the wide stance/look.
