Pulled out 3rd Row Seats on Limited - Flooring Ideas Anyone?

Thanks for the great pics and ideas! Thinking about this for my new to me 2013. Would also love to upgrade the second row to the 'flip forward bottom' style as the second row is not ideal.

I know swapping out the 3rd row seats into non 3rd row runners requires a good bit of work.

Is that the same for the 2nd row?

Could I get a set of seats from a non-3rd row runner and bolt them into my truck?

I'd love for my bed to not be 10 inches from the ceiling.
