Pulley Misaligned, Making Squeal?

Replaced my power steering pump as it was giving me problems and I finished it off. Went well and was able to continue on but I got this serpentine belt squeal now. I can tell it’s from this power steering pulley because everything else was fine before, and I can visually see it doing some different movement.
It’s misaligned ever so slightly backwards (or not in flat/straight line with all the other pulleys). Not sure how to fix this? Loosen the bolt holding the pulley and guide it forwards? (90% sure that probably won’t work) Get a new pulley itself? Reinstall pump? (Trying to avoid this one). Any ideas would be great, havent dealt with this before.

-Thanks, Mike.
