Pulsate Brakes on my 03 4 runner sr5 & Seat loose...

Has anyone had the same problem? When I slow down my car shakes, like the brakes are pulsating really bad.
Also my Driver side seat clicks and moves when I turn etc... Local dealer said no problem with seat all theirs at the dealership did the same thing... This is crap..

If you bought it at the dealer that told you this, speak to the dealer principal (owner). If you didn't, go elsewhere. Both are covered under warranty.
