Looks like a front or rear 'nudge bar' or 'skid bar.'

it's a bar that is RIGHT ABOVE the metal bumper. you can tell the 2 headlights space on each side. don't know why someone would invent that when there's already a metal bumper. no point of that bar then. HAHA

Check out trueradius.com I had a true raidus bending gard on the front of my Ranger and loved it. Just wish they made one for the new runner.
