Q for you V8 owners?

What is your range with a full tank of gas? Mine is 295 @ 14.9 mpg (in the city).

The only time I have paid attention was on a road trip (all highway) from ATL to Pensacola Beach, FL I had 407 miles on the trip odometer when the light came on and the range calculator read 0 miles. As a side note, I had the AC on the entire way and set cruise control to 70mph. I have the V8 4WD Limited.

When I filled up I remeber the tank actually has about 2 gallons left when the light comes on, so I guess at 19MPG I could have driven another 38 miles before I was really out of gas.

I didn't want to find out that night anyway, I was ready to check into my hotel room and have a brew.

I usually get between 330 and 350 when I run her down pretty low.

For the most part, with mixed driving, I get about 19 - 20 mpg

Mine depends completely on my mood and time of year. In Winter when I'm chilling out its about 325 at 15.5 mpg. In the summer I tend to drive faster so its about 305 at 14.8ish.

After doing 80-90mph on the freeway @ 19.5mpg, i filled up and the "Range" read 326.

mine says 325 when i fill up

I get around 360 -370 on full tank , but i did get 405-410 reading a couple times but it drop 1mile on the display every 1/4 mile :[

Usually after a fill up I get about 338 miles...cold weather here in N.VA

My range reading is 386 miles right after fill up.

The year the "range" after fill up has varied from 359 to 410 in 2009.
The average range was 366.

Last time I towed it went from 410 (before towing) to 380 on the fill up after towing.
That tank had an MPG of 9.16 (calculated). Then it started going up again.

:jaw drop: How'd you manage that? I'm doing good to see high 17s at those speeds. In fact, I've backed it down to 75 just to try to preserve a bit of mileage.

i never look at the computer. i just do the manual measurement and i net about 13.5mpg.

I'm in Colorado, so freeways/interstates are up and down. Anywayz, i was going downhill.
