WTH is "itunes"?

a money pit for those that don't know :)

like the warden, less headaches for me now that she had an iPhone instead of an android. heck she even manage to lock up an iPhone which I have never seen someone do.

electronics and the warden do not get along ever.

Driving home on the highway at night in a brand new unfamiliar to me vehicle and I find some buttons I can't see, hmmm, think I'll push them and see what happens. Good thing it wasn't the ejector seat. Just sayin, Ida woulda waited for later.
Re: QC, I think the Japanese do a better job with it than all others.:first:
Congrats on your new T4R purchase tho.

You don't work in customer service, do you? If you do, in your place I'd seriously consider changing jobs.

I work in construction. My family has a business and I am a salesman and service tech. I don't hate everybody. It just gets old with the way that people act towards those in any sort of service industry whether it be cleaning, waiting tables, or service techs.

Switches not plugged in on a new vehicle.

The power outlet button, and the wiper heater button do not light up when the headlights are on.

Moonroof switches don't illuminate.

The garage door buttons and traction control button don't illuminate.

The dimmer wheel knob for the dash lights doesn't illuminate.

You gals are a riot!

David

But note that the "Party Mode" switch does illuminate, so all is good! :bigok:

Seems to me the jury is still out on whether this vehicle had a problem in the first place. What did the dealer find?

UPDATE:

The service advisor at my local dealership asked me if I had an aftermarket alarm installed.

Nope.

He indicated that there was an alarm wiring harness that was present. It looked like there was an alarm installed at one time but it had been removed. Perhaps someone had overlooked re-attaching the two buttons (Wiper heater and AC outlet master switch) after the alarm came out.

Anyway, buttons reconnected. All works now.

I hope I haven't come across as unhappy with my new truck. I have had it for just over a week now and I'm enjoying everything immensely. So far, loving my 4R!

As for the other debate brewing in this thread: I have worked in the service industry myself, so I know it can be challenging. As such, whenever I go out to eat, the waitstaff always gets more than 20% tip. Whenever I interface with someone who's going to help me, I'm nothing but "please" and "thank you" the whole time. Not only am I happy to show my gratitude for their assistance, but I also get terrific service. I'm convinced that it makes a difference.
