I was looking through the classified section the other day and saw this listing of a bumper/spare tire carrier:

Although it's not a complete bumper replacement, I really like the design (can be easily mounted to the frame using the same connection as the hitch), and the spare tire carrier option. As a poor graduate student, I cannot afford any aftermarket bumper like CBI, so I think this is the best option. Do you know any other products that are similar to this? I've seen Hitch Gate products but they are expensive and only mount directly to the hitch (not the frame like the above).
