Question about e-locker...

is there any difference on the e-locker actuator between the different ratio model ???

I mean, can i buy a 2001 Tacoma e-locker motor from a 4.88 ratio diff to my '96 4runner 4.30 ratio ??

Just to be sure, my 4runner already has the diff lock option, but the actuator is completely oxided, and didn't works !!

my first idea is thinking it should be okay, but, i just want to be sure !!!

Just the motor, yes. It is the same unit as any other toyota locker.

But, as im sure you knew, cant have 4.88 gears in back and 4.30 up front. Gotta be the same.

Yeah i know i can't mix 2 type of diff ratio...

I'll keep my both 4.30 (rear and front) , just need the actuator... and the donor has a 4.88..
