Question about ECM

Are they easy to replace? I just installed 2 new knock sensors and the harness and my mechanic traced it down to being a bad ECM. I can get a used one for like under $100, my mechanic suggested a rebuilt one with warranty for $300 and $80 for labor. Are they easy to install I notice it's under the glove box. Do they need to be reprogrammed? Or is it plug and play? Any help would be great! But it looks like the ECM is still causing codes p0325 and p0330 knock sensors 1 and 2 to keep coming back...

Plug and play. No programming . Just unbolt the glove box, undue the wire plugs and the two screws that hold the ecu to the firewall.

I'm not getting any spark knock, but it is really sluggish and my gas mileage sucks. This should be the last piece to the puzzle since I did replace both sensors and harness my friend checked everything going to the ECM was good so it has to be the ECM. Thanks again dude!
