thanks a lot, obviously I didn't read the sticky lol.. I'm on my iphone posting this. I saw an ad on CL for the LC coils and he said it would fit the 3rd gen t4r so thats why I ask.

If he wants more than $60 I would pass. They can be found in the $50-$60 range on ih8mud.com Usually those used springs will have a lot of miles on them because 80 series are getting pretty old now and they last forever like our 4runners.

One thing to note, you need the FRONT COILS from a LC but the REAR SHOCKS from a LC, that will be the suspension lift for the rear of your T4R.

I picked up the rear coils for mine on iH8mud for $45 shipped and just bought new shocks from toyota for $90 shipped.

what part number do you have for the rear LC shocks? I have 3 different ones and not sure which to get.

Part# 48531-69417

The shocks came with new bushings and a top nut, but no washers. You either need to buy new washers (i suppose available from Toyota as well) or drill out your old washers from the T4R shocks to fit the LC shocks, that's what I did and others have done that as well.

Out of the part numbers I have the one you supplied has a * beside it on my list. I did the research last year but couldn't figure out how I came to the conclusion those were the ones I should get. Thanks for confirming that info.
