Since 108mm is not hub centric, you'd need aftermarket lug nuts, yes. In fact, most aftermarket wheels are lug centric, and not hub centric.
Awesome, last question then I think I have got it all figured out! You have been a great help and I appreciate it a lot man! With the offset being -5mm would that push my tire out even a little more then what my spacers already do?
The Ion alloy rim that I sent in the response above (Ion Alloy Wheels 174 Gloss Black with Machined Lip | 4WheelOnline.com) paired with aftermarket lug nuts (Chrome or Black Chrome 12mmX1.5 Spline Drive E/T Ultra Style Conical Lug Nuts )and I have decided to go with just the normal size duratrac due to money issues lol. so 265/70r16.
These three things will go together no problem and fit on my 1996 4runner limited?

It depends upon the backspacing of the wheel, and the width of your spacers. Is there a reason your current wheels aren't up to the job? They are very capable, stout wheels, and respond well to gunmetal paint.
As someone who struggled with money issues during my late teens/early twenties, I highly suggest setting a budget for yourself when it comes to money spent on your truck. I wish everyday I had spent less on my cars, relative to my income, when I was that age. YMMV

I just want something new. I am making money, I just needed to find the right price for what I am getting. My original question is still posed... Will those 3 items all work together and fit my vehicle fine?
I am cool with them sticking out a little more then they do now. Thats actually what I am looking for. How do I calculate the backspacing?
It says, from what I understand with an 8" wheel width and -5mm offset that the backspacing would be around 4.3031"
