question on a lamp

hey I was wondering what the green square lamp next to the cruise control switch is...I cant get it to shut off and don't know what the lamp is to look at the circuit. sorry for the newb question but I am a jeep guy.

I have the same problem. I just finished a complete wire harness swap from an SR5 to my DLX with new interior, even added the cruise control parts. Everything else works perfect. But I checked this wire with a test light and it has power constantly even with ignition off, causing it to burn the light.
???I'm a Chevy man, so I leave the wire off for now until one of these Toyota guys can help me.....
