Ok, so I'm simply trying to convert over to Marine-style terminals. Really nothing more than that right now.
97 3.4 Limited.
I absolutely hate the 2-bolt style terminal heads, and love the marine wing ones.
Here's what I purchased, per [MENTION=65101]BrianSD_42[/MENTION] recommendation a long time ago to me.

Negative terminal, all went well, no issues.
Positive terminal? Nightmare.
Fits fine on the terminal itself; but none of my factory wiring lug heads fit the stud. I measured with a wrench and the stud is 3/8 for +, and 5/16 for the -, which corresponds to what pretty much every description is online for these marine style terminals, so no shocker there.
3/8 wrench on the right:
Excuse the mess on the battery, due for a cleaning.
I can't find any product on Google where the + stud shows as 5/16. Every single + Marine is 3/8, like such:

I took my negative marine terminal end off and tried it on the positive, it doesn't fit, which makes sense, I think the + terminals ends are bigger (i.e. the difference between 5/16 and 3/8) because the actual terminal on the battery is bigger (Correct me if I'm wrong).
What did you guys do? I can't possibly be the only one with this issue with so many people switching to these terminals with Big 3 prep, so I hope.
I realize a solution could be to hack all the positive factory ends in favor of 3/8 lug nut ends. I've seen many people convert over to marine terminals and I don't think I've seen anyone had to do that. I'm not super comfortable with having to do that unless it's the last resort.
Maybe my terminal ends are not factory though for the positive and thus shouldn't be smaller than 3/8; not sure as I don't have the full history. This explanation would make the most sense, as it's hard to imagine the Toyota factory ones coming with electrical tape on the end and those cheapo smaller than 3/8 terminal heads. I just noticed that for the positive wires.
