Questions: Are the windshield side moldings able to removed, and then reused/reinstalled? Or will I need to get new ones? Can they be reinstalled properly with the windshield still in place?

I just noticed a small water leak onto my driver's side floor mat last night.
The leak is coming from somewhere under the driver's side windshield molding, as I can pour water down from the roof at the corner, and replicate the leak. It's look's like the water is getting under the molding where it meets the roof, and finding entry as it runs down.
This is a factory windshield with no other issues that warrant replacement.
I want to take a look to see exactly where the issue is, and fix if possible.
Has anyone else had this issue on a 5th Gen? Thanks for the help.
