question regarding allignment

I have 2007 4runner ...i have to replace tires and with tires replaced i will get them balanced and also have the wheel allignment done...now I also have to do brake job done that means replacement of rotors and pads but thats not so urgent..question is if i get the new tires 1st and get them alligned would the brake job effect the allignment if i do it few months later...
