Question. What is the silver bracket underneath the rear passnegers AC Vents.

I know it sounds stupid. But I cant figure out what the silver plastic bracket that is underneath the rear AC passengers vent is. I have pulled it up. I cant find anything in the manual as to what it is or does.

I think it is for holding a trash bag, but I am not sure. I know that I never did anything with it when I had a 4Runner.

It's the trash bag holder. You can use a regular grocery shopping bags, as there are provisions for the handle loops.

Alternatively, you can buy this JDM accessory.
