Questions about Selling 4Runner in California

I'd very much appreciate a little help here. I am getting ready to sell my '95 4Runner here in California. The one thing I have no idea on what to do, is what do I do about the tag fees I just paid at the end of May? Do I transfer them over to the new owner? If so, how do I do that?

Is there anything I need to do at the time of sale with the tags? Like, how to I make sure the buyer changes the tags to their name?

OK. I think I found what I'm looking for. Notice of Transfer And Release Liability form. Now if the DMV site would cooperate and quit sending me to a "Failed to Open Page"......
