Quick Advice on Purchase

I have been looking to get back into a 4Runner for awhile now and have been on the lookout for a great vehicle. I have found a 2007 Sport with 52k miles, V6 and it's listed for around $19k. Looking for pros and cons on my post in general. From being in forums for years I know that the members are usually very opinionated for better or worse so please feel free to respond.

07 sport V6 is a great vehicle, I prefer the V8 but there's nothing wrong with either motor. all depends how you use it.

are you looking for opinions on the price? or what? not sure what information you're looking for.

Sounds like it could be a good deal!

I just closed on a 2005 SR5 4WD at 41,500 miles with the V8 for $17,200.

If you are going to pull a boat or other load much, you will probably prefer the V8 due to the torque band.

The V6 doesn't have a timing belt so a savings there every 90k.

Thanks guys. I was just looking for general responses on the year and model in general The price I can view on edmunds.com or some other sites. It sounds like a good deal so I'm gonna go check it out tomorrow. I'm driving a BMW right now so I've been missing the SUV world after having two Wranglers and a 4Runner... Anyways, thanks and if I pick it up I'll be sure to post.

I'd go v8 also both motors good but v8 seems more lenient to mods like bigger tires etc without killing mileage and power
