quick bumper question

i need to get a new bumper and im looking at some of the aftermarket rear bumpers and some say "with 15 x 7 wheels type" and "without 15 x 7 wheels type"...does this just mean whether or not i have my spare right underneath?

ah ok i think i figured it out...i think it is referring to the opening for the spare tire?...because i found this one that mentions that:

i guess ill pull the trigger and see what happens!
