Quick Fog Light Question

Ok guys, I've read a ton of the fog light posts and decided that I just want to upgrade my 9006 fog bulbs to yellow. I've been trying to buy the Hoen but they are NEVER in stock. My question is are they worth the wait or should I just get some yellow Nokya or Luminics and call it a day?

I dont want this post to start a huge debate on fog lights, just need some opinions of those who have, or have had, the above bulbs.

Are you looking to light up the road 5 miles in front of you or you just want yellow lights? I just wanted yellow fogs... so I bought the lamin-X pre-cut yellow covers- $20 and some generic yellow 9006 bulbs from ebay- $8 for 2 pair! Plenty bright and didnt cost much. If one burns out I've got 2 spares... Been running them for about a month now, I like it.

I just swapped to Putco Jet Yellow bulbs and it did the trick for me, probably not the biggest and baddest yellow fog light you can get but its a yellow version of the stock bulb.

not looking to blind oncoming traffic with the fogs, just want something nice and yellow to help with the western PA weather.

I have the Piaa plasma ion yellow bulbs. They are very bright and I really like their yellow color. Been more than a year now and they perform very well in this central PA weather :)

One of my Nokyas burnt out after only 3 months. Consider a different brand. Loved the look though. And the functionality.

once again Hoen has pushed the date to 7/22 for 9006 Endurance fog bulbs. I just bought a set of Putco on Ebay, maybe not the best, but we'll see.
