Quick Muffler Question

Hey,

I have a quick question for whomever may have had this done or any experience with this.

Got a muffler for Christmas for my Surf! and I know the stock size/config. is 2.25" center/offset (in/out). As a present I got 2.5" offset/offset (I know the 2.5" will work just fine).

But, I was wondering if the offset for the inlet is going to cause any problems with install? Would I be better off trying to exchange it for the center inlet? (to me the offset inlet doesn't look to far over compared to the center inlets)

Just to note I'm not familiar with how easy or not it is a for a shop to replace the mufflers. (If I had to guess the center inlet just lines up better with the muffler? But the offset can work with a slight mod or readjustment?)

I plan on taking it in this week coming up and getting it installed just don't wanna get ripped off of anything if they claim they have to do alot of "custom " work.
